Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of financial planning practices, actively participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure CRM maintenance.


• Integrate relevant information into the company's Management Information System (MIS) as needed.


• Stay abreast of current trends in broader markets and various investment opportunities to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice and options.


• Act as a liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the implementation process.


• Utilize knowledge of clients' past transactions to ensure comprehensive future planning and advice.


• Continuously develop and review clients' goal plans, ensuring ongoing alignment with their financial objectives.


• Manage back-office operations using Investwell Mint, tallying goals and maintaining accurate data.


• Maintain client-specific MIS records, including implementation logs, follow-ups, and coordination with the team to ensure seamless execution of plans.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

• Educational Qualification: CFP, MBA-Finance.


• Proficiency in XLS with a knack for functions and formulas to present data meaningfully; dexterity in using MS Office Suite.


• Confidence in presenting and navigating investment planning strategies.


• Adaptability to work collaboratively within a team environment and update CRM systems effectively.


• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with a keen ability to take notes and distill the essence of conversations.


• Empathetic listening skills and strong analytical abilities to decipher intricate financial details.


• A compassionate and people-oriented approach that sets you apart, with additional qualifications in Psychology being a definite plus.
