Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.
is seeking a Partner (with investment) who can contribute to business growth, investor access, partnerships, revenue expansion, and ecosystem development. The role is designed for a professional who can bring relationships, commercial opportunities, and domain value while operating on a flexible part-time basis. This role is intended for someone who wants flexible participation today, meaningful upside through incentives and equity and a potential pathway into a full-time Co-Founder role in the future.

Engagement Type: Part-time (non-employee engagement), 4–10 hours per week
Role Pathway: This role may begin as a Partner engagement and may serve as a contingency or transition pathway for future full-time leadership. If you later join the Company full-time you may become our Co-Founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTNER
1. B2B Growth & Strategic Partnerships
  • Build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships with corporates for learning, branding, and hiring solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise, fintech, startup, and institutional relationships.
  • Convert opportunities into realised business outcomes through structured relationship management and commercial execution.
2. Investor Relations & Strategic Investments
  • Lead fundraising initiatives and investor outreach for Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. and the Dolphin Tank India initiative.
  • Build and maintain relationships with angels, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic investors.
  • Support deal structuring, negotiation, follow-ups, and closure of investment partnerships.
  • Assist in investor communications, pitch positioning, and strategic introductions to advance fundraising objectives.
3. B2C Revenue – Learning Programs
  • Own revenue growth for premium learning programs including the Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) and Global Professional Program (GPP).
  • Drive learner acquisition, conversion, and monetisation through partnerships, outreach, and business development efforts.
  • Identify opportunities across student, professional, and institutional audiences to expand B2C revenue.
4. Mentorship in Domain Expertise
  • Contribute domain knowledge through mentorship and ecosystem engagement to Industry Academia Community (IAC) members.
  • Share practical insights, industry perspective, and market knowledge to strengthen the learning and business ecosystem.
5. Hiring & Ecosystem Access
  • Introduce job openings and hiring opportunities from companies the Partner owns, advises, or works with.
  • Support ecosystem hiring collaborations and relevant introductions that can create long-term value for the Company.

PARTNER INVESTMENT & COMMITMENT:

  • Investment from the Partner is sought to ensure ownership-level commitment and long-term alignment with the company's vision and social mission.
  • Investment amount in Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd.: Minimum INR 18 Lakhs at pre-money valuation of INR 360 Crores. 
  • As part of the engagement and to support the Partner's transition into a Leader>>Co-Founder, the company shall provide complimentary access to Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) worth INR 18 Lakhs at no additional cost.

COMPENSATION:

  • Monthly fixed compensation INR 1,00,000 per month for mentorship and operations.
  • 3% to 5% incentives of realised business value for Business & Funding raised for Company as per the applicable limited-period incentive scheme:

    For clarity only:
    a) For a B2C ticket size of ₹18,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹54,000 as incentive at 3%.
    b) For 2 B2C ticket sizes of ₹18,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹1,80,000 as incentive at 5%.
    c) For a B2B ticket size of ₹1,50,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹4,50,000 as incentive at 3%.
    d) For 2 B2B ticket size of ₹1,50,00,000, the Partner shall earn ₹15,00,000 as incentive at 5%.
  • As part of the engagement and to support the Partner's transition into a Leader>>Co-Founder, the company shall provide complimentary access to Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) worth INR 18 Lakhs at no additional cost.
