About the Role
As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our Microsoft -focused partner ecosystem across Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Modern Workplace solutions. This role goes beyond relationship management — you will own partner growth strategy, improve partner performance, and enable them to sell our solutions effectively to customers in global markets.
You will work closely with C -level leaders, technical teams, and business decision -makers across partner organizations to drive joint business plans, execute sales plays, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship & Business Management
- Own and manage strategic relationships across a portfolio of channel partners, system integrators, and resellers
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track progress, discuss challenges, and redefine growth strategies
- Ensure partner satisfaction, continuous collaboration, and long -term business alignment
Partner Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
- Drive partner -led revenue for Microsoft Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Service offerings
- Collaborate with partners to build and execute joint business plans (JBPs)
- Identify new revenue opportunities within partner accounts and expand wallet share
- Support partners with opportunity qualification, presales alignment, and solution positioning
Account Operations & Performance Enablement
- Manage partner operations, including forecasting, sales pipeline governance, and order processing
- Support partners on commercial processes — licensing, renewals, pricing, and deal registrations
- Work cross -functionally with sales, presales, and delivery teams to ensure on -time solution fulfillment
Partner Enablement & Capability Building
- Enable partners on Microsoft Cloud, Security, and licensing programs
- Conduct periodic training, workshops, and product demos to uplift partner technical and sales capability
- Guide partners on new solution launches, certifications, incentive programs, and GTM resources
Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
- Stay updated on latest Microsoft programs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Analyze market dynamics and adjust partner strategies to stay ahead of competition
- Leverage feedback loops to improve partner experience and enhance solution offerings
Industry Engagement & Ecosystem Presence
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner summits, and conferences
- Build strategic visibility and expand network across the ecosystem
- Promote co -selling and co -marketing activities with partners
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Presales, or Strategic Account Management
- Strong understanding of Cloud, Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace, or Microsoft technologies
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with partner leadership and sales teams
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities
- Ability to translate technology into business outcomes
