The Partner Manager is responsible for managing a defined set of Sales Partners and driving customer acquisition through them. This is a frontline role focused on partner relationship management, sales execution, and ensuring partners are equipped to sell AscentHR’s products effectively.
The role requires close collaboration with partners to drive pipeline generation, customer conversions, and ensure adherence to AscentHR’s operating, ethical, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and cultivate relationships with designated Sales Partners.
Equip partners with product information, sales resources, and engagement methodologies.
Achieve customer acquisition goals through sales driven by partners.
Assist partners in delivering product demonstrations in collaboration with backend teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide support for implementation and onboarding processes.
Ensure partners comply with contractual agreements, payment conditions, and regulatory standards.
Monitor partner performance according to established targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within partner accounts.
Engage in demand generation initiatives and joint marketing efforts with partners.
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention objectives.
Roles & Boundaries
Responsibilities of This Role:
Managing relationships with assigned Sales Partners.
Meeting acquisition and revenue targets through partner channels.
Enabling partners and coordinating operational activities.
Driving customer retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
Ensuring adherence to contracts and timely payment compliance.
Responsibilities Not Included in This Role:
Developing partner recruitment strategies and regional business plans.
Approving product pricing and commercial decisions beyond defined authorities.
Owning backend implementation, limited to coordination only.
Producing core marketing content.
