Partner Onboarding Manager

Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20 - 25 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for strategic banking and financial partners.
   
• Coordinate documentation, compliance, and operational requirements to ensure successful partner onboarding.
   
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and external stakeholders to drive onboarding projects.
   
• Ensure timely completion of KYC, due diligence, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and related compliance processes.
   
• Track onboarding progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth partner launches.
   
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and operational efficiency.
   
• Lead and coordinate small project teams while managing multiple onboarding initiatives.
   

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Partner Management, or Project Execution.
   
• Experience in the Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
   
• Strong desire to transition into a Partner Onboarding/Partner Success role.
   
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
   
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team (3–4 members) will be an added advantage.
