ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia enabling them to send money across border in over 100 countries.

Job Summary

The Partner Success Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with strategic and payout partners, ensuring smooth operational delivery and sustainable growth. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve partner issues, monitor performance against SLAs, and drive initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. As the key point of contact for partners, the Partner Success Executive will build trust, foster long-term collaboration, and support the execution of strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and relationship management.
  • Monitor partner performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address any deviations proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, Finance, etc.) in terms of Partner Success-related matters to resolve escalations and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Conduct corridor health-checks, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives, new corridor launches, and partnership expansion plans.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners by understanding their needs and aligning solutions to deliver mutual value.
  • Stay updated on remittance market trends, compliance requirements, and sending & payout side network developments to inform decision-making and partner strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for management on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence within the partner ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of remittance services, financial partnerships, and sending-side networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective partner engagement and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies, evaluate corridor performance, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of send corridors, remittance compliance, and international money transfer market trends is a strong plus.
