Job Description - Partnerships Manager (Channel Sales)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 10-20 LPA)

Min Experience: 1 years

Location: Bangalore

JobType: full-time

As a Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Growth Lead, you will play a high-impact role in shaping and scaling new growth channels for a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS business serving global e-commerce brands. This is a premium, high-priority position for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business strategy, sales, and partnerships, and thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments. The role is hands-on and outcome-driven, with a strong focus on building 0-to-1 initiatives while also scaling and optimising existing revenue motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive new channel initiatives, including partnerships with marketing agencies, technology providers, development agencies, and e-commerce communities.
  • Build, scale, and optimise partnership programs from inception to maturity, ensuring alignment with overall business and revenue goals.
  • Nurture and expand existing partner relationships to maximise long-term value and mutual growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to align partnership efforts with pipeline generation, conversions, and retention.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of channel initiatives, using data to optimise ROI and refine strategy.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, test hypotheses quickly, and iterate based on learnings and outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, with exposure to business strategy, partnerships, or revenue-focused roles.
  • Strong interest in business, sales, and growth, with a natural bias toward action and ownership.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity and focus on outcomes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change, along with the adaptability to thrive in fast-paced startup settings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, derive insights, and make data-backed decisions.
