Job Overview: As a Passenger Service Executive / Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process, and maintaining the safety and security of the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage allowances, and other relevant information - Check passengers' travel documents and ensure compliance with airport security regulations - Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a safe and secure airport environment by following all safety and security procedures - Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition - Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto the aircraft - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Knowledge of local languages and basic computer skills are a plus If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on our team.
