? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Patch Management Team Lead / Patch Manager to lead enterprise -wide patching strategy and governance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise patch management lifecycle across infrastructure
  
• Define and implement patching policies, compliance, and governance frameworks
  
• Coordinate with cross -functional teams (Infra, Security, Application teams)
  
• Ensure timely vulnerability remediation and risk mitigation
  
• Drive automation and process improvements in patch management
  
• Monitor patch compliance, reporting, and audit readiness
  
• Manage escalations and ensure adherence to SLAs
  
• Lead a team and ensure operational excellence
  

?️ Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to Patch Management
  
• Proven experience in team leadership / stakeholder management
  
• Strong understanding of:
  • Vulnerability management
    
  • OS & application patching strategies
    
  • Enterprise IT infrastructure environments
    
• Experience in banking / financial services domain (preferred)
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
