Job Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and report pathology investigations

• Supervise laboratory operations and quality control processes

• Interpret hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, histopathology, and cytology reports

• Coordinate with clinicians for accurate diagnosis and patient management

• Oversee microbiology testing, culture reports, and infection control practices where applicable

• Ensure compliance with NABL and laboratory quality standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records

• Guide laboratory technicians and support staff
