What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the team
  • Responsible for the quality of service provided
  • Owner of the Service Level Agreement
  • Interface to customer management
  • Point of escalation for support team, Customer and to FIS Senior Management
  • Providing and/or facilitating technical and operational consultancy
  • Management reporting
  • Identify and understand the integration points of the solution including peripheral and external systems.
  • Analysis management needs regarding use of integrated switch equipment, operations and processes including capacity planning and performance
  • Provide recommendations for system changes and participate in the research process
  • Support customer in the management of various environments on need basis
  • Review customization requests from customer and compliance releases and decide whether it is a change request that would require additional resources under contract.
  • To arrange for extended absence ( vacation) cover of any key staff in the program
  • To ensure proper delivery in both the functional and technical areas
  • To establish a proper communication channel with the back-up services of FIS core product and professional services organization
  • To provide the necessary staff to ensure proper functioning of the support model
  • Monitor BAU and SA activities for streamline and prioritizing the assignments
  • Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of FIS systems and the financial services industry.
  • Suggests technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems.
  • Completes project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations.
  • Conducts planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks
  • May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.

What you bring:

  • Overall 7+ years into Techno Functional Management, Service Delivery Leadership quality, Customer Support and Handling experience, Project Management and Payment Products knowledge.
  • Knowledge on Service Delivery model and it’s service levels management
  • Knowledge on Payment Switch Background ( IST/Switch or any Switch applications )
  • Hands on with customer direct service
  • Hands on with VISA and Mastercard certification
  • Knowledge and awareness in PCI/PADSS standards
  • Knowledge on Wallet Token based transaction and it's LCM
  • Settlement process with international and Domestic schemes
  • Payment Gateway knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time)
