You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. \n\nJob Description\n\n * Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to assist clients in effectively navigating systems and resolving issues.\n\n * -Ensure all client documentation adheres to current tax and mobility regulations, maintaining up-to-date records.\n\n * -Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex cases as needed.\n\n * -Generate and deliver management reports to the Engagement team and other internal stakeholders.\n\n * -Oversee and maintain accurate financial reporting using technology platforms.\n\n * -Manage vendor invoices, including cash allocations, disbursements, billing, and reconciling complex backing sheets.\n\n * Aid teams with onboarding new clients, including conducting AML checks, drafting proposals, and preparing engagement contracts.\n\n * Work in collaboration with RandQ specialists on complex client cases.\n\n * Organize VIP briefings and provide administrative support to account managers.\n\n * Assist with UTR support, follow up on non-compliance for forms, and identify areas for process standardization.\n\n * As your expertise develops, you will:\n\n * Facilitate the training and skill enhancement of the wider team.\n\n * Forge and nurture robust client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor.\n\n * Understand client needs to deliver proactive solutions and informed recommendations.\n\n * Identify and implement standardized approaches to enhance process efficiency and consistency.\n\n * Drive efficiency both onshore and offshore through effective coordination.\n\n\n\n\nOur requirements: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience \n\n\n\n * A few years of experience in the field of global mobility, good understanding of global payroll compliance and tax concepts \n\n\n\n * Organizational skills with attention to detail, ideally with some experience managing or interpreting complex datasets. \n\n\n\n * Customer service orientation, with a focus on problem-solving and effective communication. \n\n\n\n * Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. \n\n\n\n * Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team, with a positive attitude toward mentorship and development. \n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n * This is a Hybrid position\n\n * Work Location- Bangalore\n\n * Employment Type: Regular, Full-Time \n\n\n\n\nAI is used as part of the application process. \n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.\n\nPlease note, AI is used as part of the application process.\n\n## \n
