We are looking for an experienced Payroll Project Manager with strong German-speaking skills to manage end-to-end payroll projects and coordinate with business, HR, payroll, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll implementation and transformation projects.


• Lead payroll transition, migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.


• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.


• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.


• Drive project planning, status reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.


• Support payroll process design, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.


• Identify and resolve project issues and ensure timely escalation.


• Manage multiple stakeholders across different locations.


• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality, and budget.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Payroll / HR transformation / Payroll Project Management.


• Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll projects.


• Excellent German-speaking skills with good English communication.


• Experience working with German payroll is preferred.


• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, implementation, migration, and integrations.


• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


• Experience with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or other payroll platforms.


• PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is an advantage.
