We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-driven Payroll Service Agent to manage end-to-end payroll operations with precision and confidentiality. This role is critical to ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong payroll expertise, hands-on system experience, and the ability to handle payroll queries with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complete payroll processing cycles, including timesheets, overtime, deductions, benefits, and statutory taxes
• Validate payroll inputs and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify, analyze, and resolve payroll discrepancies related to wages, benefits, or deductions
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll queries regarding payslips, deductions, and tax-related matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, payroll regulations, and data confidentiality standards
• Coordinate closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Maintain accurate payroll documentation and audit-ready records
• Adhere strictly to payroll timelines, cutoffs, and reporting deadlines
