Process and administer end-to-end payroll for employees for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries. Handle statutory deductions such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Income Tax (TDS), and other payroll-related deductions. Coordinate with the client finance department for salary transfers and manage payroll-related reconciliations. Manage year-end activities such as income tax filing (Form 16), bonus calculations, and final settlement of outgoing employees. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll. Prepare year-end payroll reports and participate in audits, providing necessary payroll-related documentation. Handle grievances or escalations related to payroll discrepancies and compliances related. Manage payroll software and ensure data accuracy in payroll records. Work with Client HR and vendor IT teams to maintain employee records and ensure proper integration between HR, payroll, and accounting systems. Support project manager in project management activities. Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint) Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others Experience working with an HCM platform (GreytHR)
