Payroll Executive / Payroll Specialist – IT Industry (India Payroll)

Experience

3 to 4 Years – Mandatory experience in India Payroll, Payroll Accounting, Audit &

Reconciliations (IT / Technology Environment)

Location

India (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail -oriented Payroll Executive with strong hands -on experience in end -

to -end India payroll, payroll accounting, statutory compliance, audit support, and payroll

reconciliations. Any additional payroll experience (UK, US, or other regions) will be

considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• End -to -end monthly India payroll processing

• Payroll accounting entries, GL validation, and monthly reconciliations

• Support internal, external, and statutory audits

• Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF)

• Income tax processing, TDS, Form 16

• HRMS / Payroll system operations (SAP, ADP, Darwin box, etc.)

• Payroll MIS, variance reports, dashboards

• Employee payroll support and stakeholder coordination

Requirements

Skills

• Mandatory payroll accounting, audit & reconciliation experience

• Strong India payroll and statutory knowledge

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Any additional payroll experience is an advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or equivalent
