We’re hiring a PCB Design Engineer for R&D department to design complex, high -speed, multi -layer PCBs for our client which is an Indian private limited company operating in the consumer electronics / product design & manufacturing sector. As the PCB Design Engineer, your responsibilities would be:

• Designing multi -layer (2 - 10+ layers) rigid and rigid -flex PCBs for compact, power -optimized wearables and hearables.
  
• Executing high -speed routing and stack -up planning, including controlled impedance for RF, USB, and audio interfaces.
  
• Optimizing layouts for RF performance (Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi) and ensuring effective EMI/EMC mitigation and grounding strategies.
  
• Collaborating across hardware, mechanical, and firmware teams to translate schematics into production -ready designs.
  

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in PCB design tools such as Mentor Graphics PADS, Altium Designer, or Cadence Allegro.
  
• Hands -on experience with RF layout best practices, antenna matching networks, and high -frequency applications (2.4GHz/5GHz).
  
• Deep understanding of signal/power integrity, differential pair routing, and low -noise audio circuit design.
  
• Proven expertise in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) for high -volume consumer electronics.
  
• Knowledge of IPC standards and experience working with EMS vendors for fabrication and assembly support.
  
• Excellent problem -solving skills for prototype bring -up, debugging, and root cause analysis of hardware failures.
