Job Description - PCD Marketing Executive

1. PCD Franchise Development:

o Identify and onboard new PCD franchise partners.

o Develop relationships with distributors and stockists to ensure long -

term business success.

o Present the company’s product portfolio and value proposition to

prospective partners.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify potential territories and franchise

opportunities.

o Analyze competitors and strategize to position the company effectively.

o Monitor market trends and provide insights to management for

business planning.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the PCD model.

o Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost sales and awareness.

o Promote company products to franchise partners and ensure product

availability in their territories.

4. Brand Promotion:

o Organize promotional activities such as CME (Continuing Medical

Education) programs, doctor meetings, and local events.

o Distribute promotional materials like visual aids, product samples, and

brochures to franchise partners.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

o Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to support their

operations.

o Address partner queries and resolve issues promptly.

o Ensure high satisfaction and engagement levels among franchise

partners.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

o Maintain detailed records of franchise agreements, transactions, and

partner feedback.

o Update CRM software with franchise and sales data.
