Summary

Buhler Group in Bangalore, India is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Head of Technology - RS (Rice Solution). This position will be responsible for executing Process complexity on Plant level & Machine level, considering
the vast variety of rice types, markets, requirements and service projects in line with Bühler processes and strategy, with full accountability for project.

• Identification & quantification of real customer values


• Knowledge and driving improvements via objective & data-
  driven criterial, instead of subjective, hands-on measures


• Definition of global handbook and technology data


• (Change) Management in a cross-cultural environment


• Competitor analysis


• Experience and understanding of global rice market

Qualifications

• University degree with major in Engineering or Process Industry
  (preferably food processing)


• Strong knowledge in rice processing technology


• 5 ~10 years of relevant experience within process techology in
  international business environment


• Able to transfer customer requirements into relevant process
  solutions
