Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions including respiratory infections, gastrointestinal disorders, developmental delays, and congenital anomalies.
Perform routine growth and development monitoring, including tracking milestones, nutritional assessment, and early intervention referrals.
Administer and maintain records of all recommended vaccinations and immunizations in accordance with national and institutional guidelines.
Respond promptly and effectively to pediatric emergencies, including respiratory distress, trauma, seizures, and critical illness.
Provide specialized care in NICU/PICU settings, including neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Deliver clear, empathetic parent counseling on child health, nutrition, behavioral development, and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate and up -to -date electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Participate in hospital -wide quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and clinical audits.
Stay current with pediatric best practices through continuous learning, attending training sessions, and engaging in professional development.
