*Responsibilities:*
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients from neonates to adolescents across NICU, PICU, and OPD settings.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose pediatric illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory distress, neonatal jaundice, congenital anomalies, and infectious diseases.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging, laboratory results, and vital monitoring in intensive care units.
- Lead and participate in resuscitation efforts and emergency interventions in NICU and PICU environments.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Engage in patient and family education, offering guidance on nutrition, development, immunization, and preventive care.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital -wide pediatric health programs.
- Stay current with evolving pediatric medical guidelines, research, and best practices through continuous professional development.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPB or DCH).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands -on clinical experience in pediatric care, with demonstrated expertise in NICU and PICU settings.
- Proven experience in managing neonatal and pediatric emergencies, including mechanical ventilation, advanced neonatal resuscitation, and critical care interventions.
- Strong proficiency in outpatient pediatric care, including growth monitoring, developmental assessments, and preventive health services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and their families.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high -stakes clinical environments.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information systems.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning in pediatric medicine.
