MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DM in Pediatrics) or equivalent.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
Strong foundational knowledge of pediatric diseases, growth and development, and preventive medicine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical documentation tools.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
Willingness to work in a fast -paced clinical environment and adapt to evolving patient needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team under supervision.
