Requirements:

MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (DCH or equivalent) or final-year medical student with pending completion.
Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
Strong foundational knowledge of pediatric medicine, including neonatal care, growth monitoring, and common childhood illnesses.
Proficiency in communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
Basic computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and on-call duties as required.
