As part of the Cloud and Network Architecture team you will lead enterprise-scale automation and workflow transformation programs across industries. As a Director you will provide strategic leadership, oversee large-scale delivery teams, and shape solution architecture while securing that BPM solutions drive measurable business outcomes. This position presents an exciting opportunity to influence the future of business process management and foster innovation across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-scale automation and workflow transformation initiatives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 18 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Pega LSA or Appian Lead Architect certification

- Excelling in enterprise-scale automation and workflow transformation

- Leading large-scale delivery teams and multi-year automation roadmaps

- Advising C-suite on BPM strategy and transformation

- Building trusted advisor relationships to identify additional upsell opportunities

- Overseeing enterprise-grade Pega and Appian architectures

- Mentoring Pega and Appian architects and delivery managers

- Developing PwC BPM assets and methodology enhancements
