• You’ve
  built and implemented model -driven, enterprise -level business solutions
  and applications.

  led end -to -end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.
  
• You’ve
  been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers,
  programming languages, relational and non -relational data bases and
  integration techniques.
  
• You’ve
  demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object -Oriented techniques
  and principles.
  
• You’ve
  delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Design & Development:
  Lead analysis, design, and configuration of Pega applications. Define
  class structures, data models, and process flows.
  
• Integration & Configuration:
  Integrate Pega with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST services
  
• Team Leadership: Mentor developers,
  conduct code reviews, and ensure quality releases.
  
• Security & Compliance: Design
  application security protocols and ensure compliance with Guardrails.
  
• Certifications: CSA, CSSA (mandatory);
