Requirements

• Lead and manage end -to -end Pega CDH implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical specifications.
  
• Architect and design scalable, performance -optimized solutions on the Pega PRPC platform (version 8+).
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high -quality delivery of Pega solutions.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  
• Work closely with cross -functional teams to integrate decisioning, marketing, and business operations processes into Pega systems.
  
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing industry best practices and optimizing Pega decisioning capabilities (such as Next Best Action, Adaptive Models, Predictive Models, etc.).
  
• Ensure high standards of code quality and performance, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for project architecture, design, and technical decisions.
  

• Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA, CPDC.
  
• 5+ years of overall experience in Pega implementation and development.
  
• Proven expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or strong Technical LDA background.
  
• Strong hands -on experience with Pega PRPC version 8+ platform.
  
• In -depth knowledge of Pega decisioning tools such as Next Best Action Designer, Decision Data Store, Adaptive and Predictive Models, etc.
  
• Experience leading teams in fast -paced, dynamic environments.
  
• Excellent problem -solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong understanding of business operations, decision management, and customer engagement processes.
