Role Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, support, and maintenance of Pega applications and platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support Pega production environments and business-critical applications.

Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.

Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues.

Manage deployments, releases, and environment health checks.

Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.

Maintain system availability, security, and operational documentation.

Support capacity planning, system upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

Experience supporting Pega applications in production environments.

Knowledge of Pega platform architecture, deployments, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers, databases, and middleware technologies.

Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
