Employment Type: Full-time ________________________________________ Define application layer structure, class hierarchy, case types, data models, and integration patterns. Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and performance. Development & Implementation Develop complex case workflows, UI rules, data pages, decision rules, and integrations. Implement REST/SOAP integrations, connectors, and services. Configure and optimize decisioning, routing, SLAs, and business rules. Implement security, access control, and authentication mechanisms. Support DevOps practices including CI/CD and deployment automation. Performance & Optimization Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize database queries, reports, and background processing. Ensure application scalability and high availability. Provide technical leadership to Pega developers and System Architects. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-8+ years of IT experience with Pega application development and minimum 3 years of hands-on Pega development experience with constellation. o Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (v7.x / v8.x or above) o Case Management and BPM concepts o Data modelling and class structure design o Integration services (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, etc.) o Pega Decisioning and business rules o UI/UX configuration using Pega UI frameworks Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and performance tuning. ________________________________________ Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA/SSA) certification - Mandatory o Pega Customer Service / Sales Automation / Smart Dispute (if applicable) o Cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) o DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) o Database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) o Microservices architecture ________________________________________ Case lifecycle design Data pages and data transforms Ability to lead technical discussions and design workshops Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams ________________________________________ Solution Architecture Enterprise Integration Performance Engineering Agile Delivery Risk Mitigation Solution Design & Architecture Design and implement end-to-end Pega solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
