Pega Systems Consultant

Lead and Architect: Lead and deliver complex Pega projects, including Business Process Management (BPM), Case Management, and Decisioning implementations, with a strong emphasis on CDH. Design and Implementation: Design and architect scalable Pega solutions using best practices for reusability and maintainability, focusing on CDH capabilities. Possess extensive experience in Pega Decisioning, including rule development, strategy implementation, and campaign management. Technical Guidance: Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and standards. Problem Solving: Solve complex business requirements using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks. Mentor and coach junior/senior Pega developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards. Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Customer Success: Ensure the delivered solution meets customer technical and functional requirements and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit). Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Pega technologies and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of Pega solutions.
