Job Description
The role plays a key part in supporting ANGARAI’s commitment
to operational excellence, industry best practices, data integrity, and
continuous improvement, ensuring structured hiring, effective people
operations, accurate payroll execution, and audit -ready HR documentation across
the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho
Recruit – creating job requirements, posting roles, sourcing
candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and issuing
offers- Zoho
People – maintaining employee records as the system of record,
managing onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation, and offboarding- Zoho
Payroll and/or SurePayroll – supporting payroll data preparation,
validation, and coordination
Direct ownership and hands -on responsibility for
ANGARAI’s Zoho -based HR and Talent Acquisition ecosystem, including Zoho
People, Zoho Recruit, and Payroll systems
Exposure to international HR operations supporting
teams across India and the United States, aligned with global best
practices
