Job Description - People Operations Specialist (Admin)

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Employee Onboarding:
2. Asset Management:
3. Supplier Management:

  • Preparing reports on vendor dues.
  • Supplier NDA and Agreements negotiations.
  • Laptop vendors with better rates.
4. Company Events:
  • Quarterly Townhalls Anchor, Logistics, Budget, gift, voucher.
  • Onsite Meet Ups.
  • Hampers/gifts/bouquets.
5. Physical/Floating Office:
  • Discussion on office location for the company.
  • Handling Daypasses.
6. Employee Engagement Logistics:
  • Logistics- Virtual events, Townhall, R&R, Festival Celebration.
7. Gifting:
  • Corporate Gifting
  • Adhoc deliveries to employees/suppliers/client
  • 8. Time Tracking & Leave
    • Verify the accuracy of hours logged by each employee in the time tracking tool.
    • Ensure that leaves are accurately recorded as 0 hours in the time tracking tool.
    • Conduct thorough data verification and furnish the Payroll team with comprehensive Attendance Data.
    • Facilitate the allocation of Compensatory Offs.
    • Act as the primary liaison with the Hubstaff Support team to address and resolve any issues pertaining to Hubstaff.
9. Announcements:
    • Creating Welcome Announcement artwork and publishing in Teams
    • Birthday, Work Anniversary Announcements (Creative)
    • Ensuring LinkedIn Welcome and Anniversary posts are published
    • Festive Greetings
    • Collecting comments & preparing promotion post
    • Regular posting on company policies, values, fun facts
    • Posting about company events

Qualification & Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and work experience 1-3 years into admin or similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Office Location: Pune 
Work Timing: 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST (might vary as per requirements)
