PeopleSoft Payroll Support Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Support
  payroll and benefits interfaces within PeopleSoft HR ERP.
  
• Collaborate
  with payroll teams across different to support payroll processing.
  
• Troubleshoot
  and resolve critical payroll issues.
  
• Work
  on the user stories on the new requirements
  
• Collaborate
  with technical and security teams to resolve issues
  
• Resolve
  ServiceNow tickets.
  
• Support
  benefit interfaces (good to have).
  

Skills:

• Past
  experience in supporting PeopleSoft payroll interfaces.
  
• Experienced
  on supporting North American Payroll
  
• Requirement
  gathering; writing complex payroll and benefits design documents
  
• Working
  knowledge of PSQuery and SQLs
  
• Strong
  analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Knowledge
  of base benefits will be added advantage.
  
• Excellent
  communication and collaboration skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's
  degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or
  related field.
  
• 8 -10
  years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
  
• Should
  have worked atleast on one payroll support project.
