Performance & Growth Marketer, BreathEasy DTC

About the Role

This is a hands -on growth marketing role. You will own paid acquisition, remarketing, landing page conversion, and reporting for BreathEasy. You will also support PR and earned media efforts. The role sits within the GTM function and carries direct accountability for signup volume.

What You'll Do

• Own paid social campaigns end -to -end: audience strategy, creative testing, and budget management.
  
• Build and optimize remarketing and retargeting flows to convert interest into signups.
  
• Run landing page CRO: test copy, layout, and conversion mechanics to improve signup rates.
  
• Support press outreach and earned media coordination alongside founders.
  
• Own weekly and monthly funnel reporting; update performance forecasts based on real data.
  

What You Need

• Experience running paid social campaigns with meaningful budgets and measurable outcomes.
  
• A track record of improving conversion rates through systematic testing.
  
• Comfort with data: you build your own reports and spot problems early.
  
• Full -funnel thinking, from impression to signup, and an instinct for where things break.
  
• Prior experience in a startup or early -stage company where you owned results, not just tasks.
