Role Summary

The Performance & Volume Tester leads end-to-end performance engineering, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing. The role analyses system performance, identifies bottlenecks, and recommends optimisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define performance test strategies and plans.


• Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.


• Analyse performance across application, database, and infrastructure layers.


• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend optimisations.


• Validate performance requirements and support capacity planning.


• Produce dashboards, reports, and continuous improvement insights.

Experience
