Performance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in SaaS applications, APIs, ETL pipelines, and cloud -native environments.

The ideal candidate will focus on performance testing, bottleneck analysis, scalability validation, and system optimization across distributed systems.

• Design and execute:

• Perform performance testing across:

• Prepare test data based on:

  • ETL transformations
    
    

• Generate synthetic data for database testing
  

• Analyze performance bottlenecks across:
  

  • Applications
    
  • Databases
    
  • Infrastructure
    
    

• Monitor system performance using APM and observability tools
  

• Validate Kubernetes pod and cluster performance under varying workloads
  

• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Engineering teams for performance tuning
  

• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
