Job Description - Performance Manager

JobType: full-time

We are looking for a Performance Manager to drive measurable growth across digital channels through data-led performance marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, execution-focused, and passionate about scaling user acquisition and revenue through paid media. You will own the performance marketing funnel end to end—from planning and execution to optimization and reporting—while working closely with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with broader business objectives. Based in Bengaluru, this is a full-time role for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is comfortable being accountable for clear ROI and growth metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and other acquisition channels.
  • Own key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV, and funnel efficiency, ensuring campaigns consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance at scale.
  • Analyze campaign data and user behavior to identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities, and translate them into actionable optimizations.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure messaging, creatives, and landing experiences are aligned with performance goals.
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks using relevant analytics and marketing tools.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, clearly communicating results, learnings, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing to keep strategies competitive and effective.
  • Support experimentation with new channels, formats, and growth initiatives to expand the acquisition mix over time.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition roles with proven results.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including paid media strategy, funnel optimization, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns on major ad platforms with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset.
  • High proficiency in analyzing data, drawing insights, and making decisions based on numbers rather than assumptions.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and ownership is expected.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance outcomes and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve performance outcomes.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on growth, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
