What you will do:
•Paid Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Meta (Facebook, Instagram) LinkedIn Ads (critical for B2B) TikTok, X (Twitter) and Bing.
Focus on Lead generation campaigns, Conversion optimization, Funnel -based targeting.
•B2B Lead Generation (Core):
Generate qualified leads for North America markets
Target: CMOs, Demand Gen Heads Founders, CEOs Industry verticals (Legal, SMBs, SaaS, Home Services, etc.)
Optimize for: Cost per SQL (not just CPL) Lead quality & conversion
•Campaign Optimization:
A/B test: Ad creatives, Messaging, Landing pages and Audience segments.
Improve: CPL, CAC, ROAS Conversion rates
Manage tracking: Pixels, events, attribution
•Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance using Google Analytics, Ad platform dashboards, CRM integrations
Report on Leads generated, SQL conversion, ROI / pipeline contribution
•Budget & Scale:
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently
Scale winning campaigns aggressively
Maintain cost efficiency while improving quality
•Collaboration:
Work with Content team (landing pages, messaging) Design team (creatives) Sales/BD team (lead quality feedback)
•Innovation & Growth:
Experiment with New ad formats new channels (CTV, DOOH integration) Identify new opportunities for pipeline growth
Requirements
•4–7 years experience in performance marketing.
•Mandatory: Experience in B2B lead generation for North America.
•Background in lead generation agency preferred.
•Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok , bing Ads.
•Experience with: Conversion tracking, attribution models CRM + marketing automation tools.
•Strong understanding of B2B funnels Lead qualification (MQL â SQL) ROI -driven marketing.
•Optimize campaigns for revenue outcomes, not just traffic.
