Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Performance Marketer to join our innovative marketing team. As a Performance Marketer - What Works, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing data -led digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on driving measurable ROI, optimizing conversion rates, and scaling high -performing strategies. You will work closely with cross -functional teams to refine targeting, test creative assets, and optimize campaign performance in real time. Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate using tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and marketing dashboards.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
Optimize ad spend allocation based on real -time performance data to maximize ROI and minimize customer acquisition cost.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high -converting ad assets and messaging tailored to target segments.
Maintain and update campaign documentation, including performance reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
Support the development of attribution models and assist in measuring the impact of marketing efforts across the customer journey.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (recent graduate or fresher with relevant internship experience preferred).
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results -oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non -technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Passion for data, digital marketing, and continuous learning—self -motivated with a growth mindset.
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting is essential.
Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or marketing automation tools is a plus.
