We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and manage paid campaigns across leading e-commerce and q-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media buying, data analytics, and platform-specific marketing strategies. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of customer behavior in the online shopping ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across e-commerce and q-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale), TROAS (True Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPC (Cost Per Click) to ensure efficient spend and maximum return.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (creative, product, finance) and external platform account managers to ensure seamless campaign execution, asset delivery, and timely approvals.
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the design and content teams to communicate campaign objectives and provide input on copy, creatives, and visuals to improve conversion rates.
  • Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Track daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance. Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing media budgets efficiently, tracking actual spends vs. allocated budgets, and supporting the finance team with timely invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay updated with the latest features, ad formats, policies, and best practices on platforms like Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and Q-commerce dashboards.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage platform analytics and third-party tools to understand customer journeys, measure incrementality, and make informed campaign decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and iterate on creatives, targeting strategies, and bid optimizations to identify high-performing ad sets and scale effective campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Maintain clear documentation of campaigns, budgets, reports, and meetings. Provide regular updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce and/or q-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and sales attribution models.
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Advertising Console, and Q-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for budget tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or D2C brands is an advantage.
