Job Purpose:
We run paid, performance-driven demand generation for a B2B Cloud business. The incumbent will own the budget, channel mix, and CAC outcome across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and field/event channels and will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through performance marketing initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
⢠Full ownership of paid digital spend (Google, Social, Programmatic, EDMs), including CAC and ROAS outcomes.
⢠Drive channel mix decisions based on cost-per-SQL and cost-per-won-deal metrics.
⢠Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to translate roadmap into campaign messaging.
⢠Align marketing spend and pacing with Sales pipeline targets and business priorities.
⢠Manage agencies, influencers, and channel partners against defined KPIs.
⢠Partner with Content teams to drive funnel-based marketing initiatives.
⢠Identify and optimize funnel leakages across CTR, CVR, lead quality, and attribution.
⢠Support event-driven pipeline generation activities.
⢠Own CRM hygiene and lifecycle optimization as a core responsibility.
Additional Responsibilities:
⢠Drive quarter-over-quarter CAC efficiency improvements.
⢠Contribute towards pipeline growth and sales-cycle velocity.
⢠Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership teams to optimize marketing performance.
⢠Participate in scenario-based assignments and business reviews as required.
