We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and audience targeting to optimization, reporting, and budget management. You will work closely with marketing, content, creative, and business teams to deliver measurable growth through paid digital channels. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Adsplatforms.
• Develop audience targeting strategies to maximize reach, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, keywords, and audience segments to improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
• Create, manage, and optimize search, display, video, remarketing, lead generation, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and campaign profitability.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and campaign assets that improve conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns achieve performance goals while maintaining cost effectiveness.
• Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends, privacy updates, and emerging digital marketing best practices.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, scaling, and performance enhancement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media campaign management.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
• Experience managing paid campaigns with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and campaign performance reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and implementing optimization strategies based on performance outcomes.
• Understanding of landing page optimization, conversion funnels, and customer journey analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
