We are seeking a Performance Marketing Content Lead to drive high-impact ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on experimentation, creative optimization, and performance-driven storytelling. You will take ownership of the end-to-end content strategy for paid campaigns, work closely with creative and growth teams, and continuously iterate to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Content Strategy
Define and execute content strategies for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
Develop a testing roadmap for ad creatives, formats, hooks, and messaging to continuously improve performance.
Collaborate with creative teams to brief, iterate, and launch ad assets rapidly, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, identify trends, and recommend creative and targeting optimizations.
Scale high-performing creatives and pause underperforming campaigns to maximize ROI.
Document learnings and insights to inform future campaigns and strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Growth Alignment
Partner with growth, product, and brand teams to align messaging across channels.
Provide actionable insights from campaign data to influence strategic decisions and marketing priorities.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, emerging ad formats, and competitor strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-volume paid media environments.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize ad creatives across multiple formats (static, video, UGC, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset and experience interpreting dashboards, reports, and key campaign metrics.
Excellent communication skills to brief creatives and coordinate cross-functional teams efficiently.
Bonus: Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or app-first businesses.
