About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who lives and breathes numbers, scaling logic, and ROI. This role is not for generalists. If your profile mixes Paid Ads with SEO, organic social, or web development, this role is not for you.
You will own end-to-end performance marketing for multiple D2C brands, managing sizeable ad budgets across Search and Social platforms with clear accountability for performance, insights, and growth.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search & Social).
Handle 5 active clients with an average monthly ad spend of ₹3-5 lakhs per client.
Work closely with clients to understand business goals and convert them into data-driven performance strategies.
Analyze campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for scaling, cost optimization, and creative improvement.
Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
Communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear, structured, and confident manner.
Collaborate with internal teams on creative strategy, copy direction, and feed optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Experience working with D2C (E-commerce) brands or within a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹5 lakhs or more.
Strong understanding of Search & Social performance funnels, attribution, and campaign measurement.
Solid experience with GA4 and GTM tracking setup.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into decisions.
Strong communication skills – this is a client-facing role.
Ability to manage multiple clients, tight deadlines, and performance pressure.
Good to Have (Optional but Valuable)
Experience handling both E-commerce and Lead Generation campaigns.
Exposure to feed optimization for large product catalogs.
Ability to guide or review creative direction and ad copy performance.
