Role Description
- Perform daily account management across search engines & social platforms
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance following client goals. (Google Analytics, etc)
- Identifying and creating a performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all Paid channels to drive strong ROI
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization of paid ads
- Identifying and testing new paid channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics of growth and ROI
- Draft creative briefs for graphic designers for creatives that might be needed for ad campaigns.
- Challenge and inspire teams to think differently about media channels and platforms
- Perform targeting exercises and develop deep human insights to inform ways in which creative and media can connect with audiences
- Set up reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc.
- Set up processes & documentation for activities like ad campaign setups, optimizations, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis
- Ability to identify and act on campaign optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

Salary: ₹350,000/year - ₹500,000/year
