Performance Marketing Manager

Boch & Fernsh Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts across digital channels.

Job Location : Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai

Job Mode : On-site

In this role, you will 

-Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
-Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and pacing to meet KPIs and business objectives.

-Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
-Conduct A/B tests to optimize ads, targeting, and user experience.
