4+ years of agency experience (you've seen the trenches of the marketing battlefield and emerged victorious, with a backpack full of campaign wins).

2+ years of experience specifically in performance marketing (you know your CPCs from your CPMs and can speak ROI in your sleep).

A strong understanding of various marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media ads, etc.) and how they work together.

Excellent analytical skills (data is your key to unlocking performance marketing success).

The ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies (think turning spreadsheets into marketing magic).

A proven track record of increasing campaign performance and ROI (results are your middle name!).

The ability to work independently and as part of a team (you're a one-person performance marketing army with a collaborative spirit).
