Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing who will be responsible for leading and executing performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance marketing, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adeptness in team building, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
    Build and lead a high-performing team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
    Make data-driven decisions and execute campaigns with a focus on optimizing performance and achieving KPIs.
    Demonstrate adaptability in navigating dynamic market conditions and evolving industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
    Effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results consistently.
    Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
    Oversee team management processes, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
    Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion.
    Manage financial aspects of marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
    Stay abreast of the media landscape, digital marketing trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies effectively.
    Maintain accountability within the team, setting clear expectations and measuring performance against established KPIs.
    Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately, empowering team members to contribute effectively to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
    Optimize marketing campaigns through continuous monitoring, analysis, and adjustment based on performance metrics.
    Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with media partners and vendors.
    Implement media analytics tools and methodologies to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI accurately.

Required Skills:

Eligibility / Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

    Notice Period: 30 days
    Work Type: Full-time
    Work Mode: 6 days a week (Monday to Friday from office and Saturday WFH)
