About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI optimization. This is a highly analytical and strategic role that requires deep expertise in running performance campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media channels. You will take complete ownership of our sales-driven marketing efforts, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and additional digital platforms to drive sales, leads, and revenue growth.
  • Performance Optimization
    Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate. Make data-backed decisions on bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and ad creatives.
  • End-to-End Campaign Management
    Own the full lifecycle of digital campaigns—from ideation, ad copywriting, creative briefing, keyword strategy, targeting, and bidding—to daily execution and optimization.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation
    Conduct structured A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and audience segments to identify high-performing combinations and scale successful experiments.
  • Budget Management
    Manage large-scale advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spending and maximum return on investment while keeping campaigns within target benchmarks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user journeys across campaigns. Coordinate with analytics and tech teams for tagging and tracking support.
  • App Marketing Integration
    Ensure performance campaigns are aligned with mobile user acquisition goals, integrating deep links, in-app events, and app-specific targeting to drive quality installs and engagement.
  • Tools & Tech Stack
    Utilize platforms such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center (GMC), Google Analytics, and CRM systems to enable accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Market Research & Innovation
    Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats. Experiment with new channels and tactics to maintain competitive performance and user growth.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth KPIs.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and Excel/Sheets
    • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and remarketing strategies
    • Experience working with large ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for eCommerce, SaaS, or mobile apps is a plus
  • Soft Skills:
    • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
