What’s the Role?
We’re looking for a driven Performance Marketing Specialist who enjoys owning outcomes and scaling what works. You’ll take charge of our retail growth engine - running paid acquisition, optimizing landing pages, and building lifecycle journeys that convert and retain users. You’ll own the full funnel end -to -end - from driving traffic to activating and engaging users.
Own and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and relevant programmatic channels.
Build and continuously optimize landing pages through A/B testing, in collaboration with design and engineering, tailored to different personas and intent stages.
Set up and manage lifecycle and lead nurture journeys, from lead capture to user activation.
Maintain a robust attribution stack - ensuring clean UTM tracking, managing GA4 and pixel events, and reporting on CAC and LTV by channel.
Track and report weekly on key metrics including spend, CAC, conversion rates, and overall funnel velocity.
Experiment with and scale emerging acquisition channels such as short -form video, influencers, and community -led growth.
4–7 years of hands -on performance marketing experience in fintech, wealth -tech, broking, real etate or other high -consideration D2C categories.
Proven ownership of ₹1Cr+ annual paid ad budgets, with clear accountability for CAC/ROAS - not just campaign support.
Strong execution experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one of LinkedIn Ads or programmatic channels.
High analytical rigor - comfortable with GA4, event tracking, UTM structures, and working with spreadsheets and basic SQL.
Experience driving landing page conversion rate optimisation using tools like Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage, or custom setups & Working knowledge of email and lifecycle marketing platforms.
