Performance Marketing Specialist Meta Ads & Lead Generation

Touchstone Infotech LLP is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Lead Generation campaigns.

The primary focus of this role is to generate qualified leads, optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), improve lead quality, and scale successful campaigns.

You will manage paid advertising campaigns for clients across industries such as Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, and other lead-generation-focused businesses.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who understands that campaign success is not just about generating more leads at a lower CPL, but about generating high-quality leads that convert into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  
• Manage Lead Generation, Website Conversion, WhatsApp, Retargeting, and Remarketing campaigns.
  
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and overall performance.
  
• Manage advertising budgets of approximately ₹8–15 Lakhs per month across multiple client accounts.
  
• Create and optimize Meta Instant Form and landing-page-based lead generation campaigns.
  
• Build and test Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting Audiences, and interest-based audiences.
  
• Monitor campaigns regularly and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences, offers, lead forms, and landing pages.
  
• Analyze lead quality and identify which campaigns, audiences, placements, and creatives generate better-quality enquiries.
  
• Work closely with designers and content teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives.
  
• Recommend improvements to landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
  
• Monitor Meta Pixel, conversion events, and campaign tracking.
  
• Analyze campaign and website data using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  
• Manage or support Google Ads campaigns when required.
